Our client is the largest licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa, now expanding into the dynamic Southeast Asian market. Headquartered in the USA. As part of their growth journey, they are seeking a top-performing sales professional to lead business development and client acquisition across Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven sales experience with a successful track record in selling to global cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain-related companies.
• Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the overall market landscape.
• Strong professional network and business connections across Southeast Asia.
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients and institutional partners to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Market Development:

• Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Southeast Asian crypto and blockchain markets.
• Expand our client’s regional footprint by fostering strategic partnerships and developing strong market presence.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Drive client retention through consistent relationship nurturing and effective problem resolution.

Industry Expertise:

• Utilize your deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape to consult and advise clients.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, positioning our client as a market leader.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and present regular reports to senior leadership.
• Continuously refine sales approaches and strategies based on data-driven insights.
