Senior Staff / Spv HRD (Compensation & Benefit)

Responsible for managing and developing compensation and benefits programs for employees.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor of Accounting / Law / HR Management
2. Experience in the same field Minimal 3 years
3. Maximal Age 35 years
4. In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
5. In-depth knowledge of BPJS Health and Employment
6. Understanding of employment and tax regulations
7. Skills in using HRIS and payroll software
8. Problem-solving, analysis
9. Detail-oriented
10. Have communication and negotiation skills
11. Able to manage administration and documentation

Responsibilities:

1. Development and Management of Compensation & Benefits Systems
2. Management of BPJS Health and Employment
3. Management and Reporting of PPh 21
4. Analysis and Reporting
5. Compliance and Regulation
6. Employee Communication and Education
