Senior/SPV Auditor

The Role

Join the dynamic team at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra as a Senior/SPV Auditor. In this full-time role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality external audit services to our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee audit engagements, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively
• Supervise and mentor junior audit team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
• Analyse financial data, identify risks and recommend improvements to clients' accounting practices and internal controls
• Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless, value-added services to clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations and industry best practices
• Work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within specified deadlines, while maintaining quality at all times
• Willing to travel out of town

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm or large organisation
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK), auditing standards (SA) and tax regulations
• Proven ability to lead audit teams, delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality results
• Proven experience in developing reports and exposures.
