As we expand, we are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant based in Indonesia to play a key role in driving our growth. You will deliver expert consultations on our cybersecurity solutions, collaborating with clients, sales teams, and product teams to design tailored solutions and ensure successful implementations. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication will be crucial to delivering value to our clients.

Position Overview
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, driving growth by aligning ArmourZero’s solutions with business objectives. You will design customized cybersecurity solutions, oversee implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client cybersecurity challenges and aligning solutions with business goals.
• Solution Design: Develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions using ArmourZero’s products (ShieldONE, ScoutTWO), ensuring technical feasibility and best practice alignment.
• Pre-Sales Support: Work with sales teams to deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Implementation Oversight: Ensure smooth transition from design to deployment during the implementation phase.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends to provide innovative insights and solutions to clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on features, enhancements, and evolving client needs.
• Training & Documentation: Create user guides, technical documentation, and conduct training for both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or similar roles in cybersecurity.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, endpoint security, DevSecOps, and SaaS solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on creating practical, innovative cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaboration: Proven success in working across teams to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
