Senior Solution Architect - Microsoft Product

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions based on Microsoft products. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable and effective solution architectures, collaborating with various teams to meet client needs, and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture Design: Design and develop solution architectures for Microsoft products, including but not limited to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
2. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
3. Leadership in Solution Design: Lead the solution design process, including technical planning, requirements analysis, and technology evaluation.
4. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation process, ensuring solutions are delivered according to quality standards and best practices.
5. Integration Oversight: Work closely with development teams to ensure that the designed solutions integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
6. Risk Management: Identify and address technical risks, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders to gain approval and support.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft products.
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
3. Solution Implementation: Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
4. Project Collaboration: Experience collaborating with various teams and managing technical projects.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Certifications: Microsoft certifications are a must.
