Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mentality: If you're not thinking 'How can AI solve this?' before writing a single line of code, this role isn't for you.
• 4+ years of battle-tested experience in software development, with a focus on server-side web applications that have weathered the storms of production environments.
• Proven track record in developing rock-solid B2B software applications that businesses rely on daily.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native development or serverless architectures, with a particular affinity for AWS.
• Demonstrated mastery of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev) in professional settings.
• History of successfully implementing Generative AI solutions that have resulted in quantifiable, significant impact on business operations or product performance.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
