As an Senior Social Media Specialist, you will:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms.
2. Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and objectives.
3. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to support campaigns and initiatives.
5. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of industry trends.
6. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
7. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and support to ensure team success.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
2. Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
3. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and solutions.
6. Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
