The Senior Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, breaches, and indicators of compromise across GEM data, networks, devices, cloud platforms, and business systems within the organization. This position is critical for safeguarding the company’s digital assets through active threat intelligence review, proactive threat hunting, detection engineering, and incident response. The Senior Security Analyst ensures that all in-scope assets are either protected or receive immediate response in the event of an attack or compromise, mitigating any potential impact on business operations.

In this role, the Senior Security Analyst leads efforts in identifying security risks and managing the organization’s incident response to minimize damage. With expertise in advanced security techniques and technologies, they play a pivotal role in securing digital infrastructures. The position demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and analyze the organization's IT infrastructure to detect potential security incidents or breaches.
• Review and assess threat intelligence feeds to identify new and emerging threats.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and detection engineering to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Lead the incident response process, ensuring immediate containment and resolution of security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve security measures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior security analysts, fostering a collaborative security culture.
