We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead and implement advanced SEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and maximize website performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior SEO professionals, and contribute to the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Conduct detailed website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
3. Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
5. Track keyword rankings and provide insights on trends and opportunities.
6. Generate monthly performance reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new and existing code.
8. Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, sharing best practices and industry updates.
9. Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align SEO with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

1. 3–5+ years of proven experience in SEO.
2. Expertise in tools such as: Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, Semrush.
3. Advanced understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
8. Certifications in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
