Senior Sales Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Lead business development initiatives, including identifying and securing new business opportunities, supported by MI to uncover emerging market segments and untapped potential.
• Establish and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based strategies.
• Collaborate with product development and operational teams to ensure marketing and sales efforts align with product offerings and business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor and report on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company’s sales and marketing efforts competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools, with the ability to leverage them for customer relationship management and sales tracking.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and maximizing ROI.
• Experience in the production house or related industry is preferred, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
