● Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies and product development to enhance sales, products and brand awareness.
● Handle back to back business and or business to consumers.
● Identify and find good potential customers and establish long-term well relationships with customer and business partners.
● Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales profit and company growth.
● Conduct customers visit frequently to have deeper understanding on customer needs, define opportunity to accelerate business growth.
● Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitors to inform decision-making.
● Able to make suggestions to our team to maximize profits and decrease stock. Give recommendations to improve company growth.
● Monitor customers (new and existing) for monthly regular inquiry and also payment collections.
● Have initiative to find new customers independently.
● Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Business Marketing, Economics and Chemical Engineering from reputable universities.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Technical Sales of any petrochemical company or local distributors or plastic packaging manufacturers (flexible packaging) or retails business is preferred.
● Have a good knowledge in market plastic packaging industries and also plastic materials such as PE, PP, PET, PS, etc.
● Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
● Fluency and excellent communication in English and Bahasa.
● Strong business acumen, analytics, drive performance, and result.
● Able to work independently by prioritizing tasks, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team.
● Willing to do business trip outside Jakarta and other islands as well.
