Job Description
Distributor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to ensure effective product distribution and market penetration.
Monitor distributor performance and provide support to maximize sales and market coverage.
Market Development Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance retail market presence and drive sales growth.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the retail sector.
Sales Performance Management:
Set sales targets for distributors and track performance against these targets.
Analyze sales data to assess effectiveness of strategies and adjust as necessary.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development) to align strategies and ensure product availability.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and distributors to communicate market strategies and performance.
Promotional Activities:
Design and implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales in retail outlets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing materials tailored for GT and MT channels.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is preferable.
Proficient in English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on GT and MT. Experience in commodity FMCG will be a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytic skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
