Job Description

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management for positions primarily in business and corporate functions.
2. Coordinate with Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager to get clear business context and identify hiring needs.
3. Able to manage stakeholders' expectations during the recruitment process and build a good relationship.
4. Actively facilitate and think strategically to propose solutions in fulfilling hiring needs.
5. Ensure the designated time to hire is executed properly.
6. Manage onboarding and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboard with the company.

Requirements

1. At least 4 years of recruitment experience from agency and in-house tech companies with regional exposure preferred.
2. Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for high volume roles in a fast-paced environment.
3. Solid understanding of recruitment business processes.
4. Possess various experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
5. Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
6. High integrity and confidentiality.
