Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze clients’ product usage experience to determine user problems and issues for multiple products.
  • Facilitate periodic reviews with clients, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussions.
  • Manage end-to-end product re-implementation process for clients.
  • Handle administrative duties e.g. weekly report.
  • Conduct Public Training.
  • Assist clients in setting up applications appropriate to their requirements.
  • Provide consultancy for clients about best practices of Mekari Software.
  • Support and provide problem-solving assistance to clients.
  • Gather client requirements and re-implement the system.
  • Conduct re-training process if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Aftersales in a SaaS/Tech company.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, corporate productivity, and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).
  • Experience in handling marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with Mekari products (HR / Accounting / CRM).
