Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

1. Strategically prioritize tasks and projects to develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision, addressing user challenges and backed by data-driven insights and hypotheses.
2. Translate requirements from internal and external stakeholders into clear, concise user stories and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
3. Define, track, and calculate product success metrics for key initiatives and proposed business cases within the designated product area.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy to understand and address their product-related needs.
5. Act as a consultant to other teams, providing guidance on technical feasibility and limitations to enhance decision-making for product development and feature design.

What you will need:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, especially in Fintech, Banking, E-commerce, and B2C applications.
2. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering/Computer Science.
3. Fluency in English - you should have no trouble communicating orally or verbally in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
4. Collaborative and assertive communication skills.
5. Receptivity to feedback and a willingness to take on challenges.
6. Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other technical integration processes is a plus.
7. Experience in product management/analytics and collaboration platforms such as Mixpanel, Braze, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Lark, and JIRA.
8. Hands-on experience in forex, stocks, and crypto markets would be a plus.
