We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Development professional to lead our business development efforts in the food ingredients sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the strategic business development plan to achieve new product development and market share expansion in the food ingredients sector.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities by engaging with potential partners.
• Conduct research & development for new food raw materials (product effectiveness, efficiency, pricing).
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Oversee the negotiation and execution of high-value contracts, ensuring mutual value and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within the food ingredients industry.
• In-depth knowledge of food ingredients, applications, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
