(Senior) Process Engineer -Subang, Jawa Barat

In 2024, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Subang, Jawa Barat, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

Responsibilities:

1. Propose suggestions for the implementation and improvement of product process standard documents and operation specifications.
2. Analyze and improve the processes of each product, formulate measures, and follow up on implementation.
3. Analyze and improve daily product problems, focusing on error-proof and fool-proof optimizations.
4. Propose product engineering changes, assist in verification, and follow up on progress.
5. Supervise and inspect the implementation of process standards.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English as a working language.
2. More than 2 years of experience in stamping, welding, painting, or assembly processes.
3. Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Management field.
4. Master relevant knowledge of automotive processes and equipment.
5. Ability to use computer software (such as Office, AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, etc.) and draft technical documents independently.
