Senior Presales Engineer (Security)

Responsibilities:

1. Gathering information from customers to identify their needs
2. Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipment)
3. Making designs, bills of material, scopes of work, schedules, and proposals
4. Delivering presentations about technical solutions to customers
5. If needed, conducting demos or proof of concept
6. Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
7. Coordinating with other departments to provide required information before the project begins

Requirements:

1. S1 graduate from IT, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Engineering
2. Having a good knowledge in Security Framework (e.g., NIST, ISO 27000, CIS)
3. Having experience in handling various Security Products (PAM is preferred)
4. Having a Security certification will be an advantage
5. Having a basic understanding of networking (having a CCNA will be an advantage)
6. Having a minimum of 3-6 years experience as a Security Presales Engineer or similar
7. Having excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
8. Fast learner with attention to detail
