Senior Packaging Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and create innovative packaging designs that align with our brand identity.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure design feasibility and effectiveness.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new design technologies, including AI, to enhance quality and efficiency.
4. Select appropriate packaging materials and printing processes to achieve desired design outcomes.
5. Independently manage the post-production process of packaging design.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably within the FMCG sector.
3. Strong artistic background and sharp design thinking with unique brand insights.
4. Creative mindset with sensitivity to trends and a willingness to learn and apply AI technology.
5. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, etc.
6. In-depth understanding of packaging materials and printing processes.
7. Cheerful personality with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
