Senior Operation Manager (Badung - Bali)

Ensure that the management and control of the SWRO (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Rental) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) processes as well as the distribution of all operational units are carried out in a quality, effective and efficient manner and meet the applicable provisions and standard operating procedures of the company as well as the standards desired by customers.

Coordinate and control production and operational activities of SWRO (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP).

Play an active role in planning and coordinating the preparation of revenue budgets for each operational unit in a measurable manner and controlling budget realization efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate and control the implementation of systems and procedures related to production and distribution.

Represent management in constructive communications with customers regarding the operational unit's production and distribution activities.

Requirements

Must have minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same position in the SWRO (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) industry or Water Treatment Plant.

Point of Hire & Work Location: Kabupaten- Badung, Bali.

Preferably having an Engineering Degree background.

Proactive, communicative and tenacious.

Able to manage a team.
