Senior Network Engineer

A cloud network engineer’s role is to plan, implement, and manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of network and core services. Cloud network engineers are also responsible for choosing the best cloud expertise and scaling cloud services to meet the increasing demands of businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and troubleshoot network customer problems.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Create technical reports regarding the work that has been done.
• Create, plan, and execute client-specific cloud solutions.
• Ensure that the cloud network responds to customer expectations.
• Consult with customers to discover growth strategies.
• Resolve any network issues.
• Monitor cloud network performance and utilization.
• Implement effective cloud network security methods.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in System Integrator, Cloud Provider, or IT Managed Service Company.
• Deep knowledge in network routing, switching, security, wireless, and voice (Cisco).
• Knowledge about SDN (Software Defined Network).
• Experience with Monitoring Systems, either on Zabbix, Grafana, Manage Engine, Nagios, Network Analyzer, or Cacti.
• Preferred understanding of Networking in Virtualization and Cloud environments (AWS).
• Proactive, team player, with good English and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of protocols, devices, commands, topologies, methodologies, and best practices in networking.
• Holding AWS, CCNP RS, and NSE4 certificates or equivalent is a must.
