Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Design and review mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and functioning of mechanical systems.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and building codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on consultancy and construction projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Center projects.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy management systems design knowledge.
• SKA Muda-Madya certification (if available) or other relevant mechanical engineering certifications.
• Proven leadership experience in managing project teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Modeler, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
