YOUR IMPACT

To accelerate MAKE UP FOR EVER business and strengthen brand presence across all OMNI channels with effective strategies and implementation that fit with our brand DNA and values. In this position, the candidate will be involved in planning marketing strategies (product and PR) and implementing good execution that helps to translate into sales. The candidate needs to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing scope and strong analytical skills in product performance – data management. A passion for the beauty industry and excellent communication skills that align with our brand positioning and DNA are essential.

The candidate also needs to demonstrate a positive work ethic and be able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, showing strong drive and responsibility in handling his/her KPIs towards business – brand growth.

YOUR MISSION

Develop integrated marketing campaigns (PR, social media, direct marketing, digital) to build MAKE UP FOR EVER brand desirability and strengthen positioning in Indonesia. Create awareness of the brand and build customer engagement that translates into sales – business growth.

You will closely work with the Regional team for marketing plan and execution, creating and presenting business review, sales, and campaign performance reports.

Products:

  • Merchandising allocation (Sellable, Tester, GWP) – forecasting from SG to ID based on assortment planning, store DOI, and demand from retailers with clear product analysis vs demand/stock.
  • Inventory management for healthy stocks and ability to identify stock issues and provide depletion plans (promo mechanics, exhibition, etc).
  • Planning & executing retail monthly mechanics based on analytic sales trends, past performances, and upcoming campaigns. Active monitoring & tracking, providing recommendations to manager and team regarding action plans on trade mechanics.
  • Good knowledge & actively alert with the Beauty market – competitors – trends with good insights – recommendations for brand communication/key focus products action plan.
  • On-time preparation and execution for all trade-related tasks, liaising with other teams on the implementation (POP, Voucher, and other visuals) with quality/standard of premium brand.
  • Support cross-functional departments for product queries.

PR - Digital:

  • Work closely with in-house & external agencies to translate/apply brand visual assets towards tactical, with good eyes & detail on visual and brand premium positioning.
  • Source marketing opportunities through partnerships with external parties and build relationships (Mall, Retailers, other brands).
  • Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google with agencies. Analyze reports provided by the agency and summarize key metrics results into internal marketing report data.
  • Conduct market research, competitor review, and monitor competitor activity while generating leads link for products.
  • Knowledge in organizing marketing & PR events (in-store gathering, product launching, KOL/MUA gathering, Pop Up Store). Liaising with agencies to maximize visibility & create impactful results.
  • Create post-mortem reports on every marketing activation with clear KPI results and qualitative insights to be presented to internal & regional teams (PR Events, Makeup workshops, and other activations).
  • Build & maintain good relationships with KOL & Celebrity MUAs, able to represent the brand in all professional events/brand engagement with external parties.
  • Manage A&P given with the right investment plan, clear KPI & ROI analysis. Campaign evaluation with quantitative & qualitative insights.
  • Actively update and expand knowledge within the PR & Digital environment. Initiate valuable insights that will help to further expand brand business and growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Good time management ensuring all reports and projects are done timely.
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to conduct comprehensive sales & data analysis.
  • Good project management skills & able to work with medium to large team members.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • High resilience, agility with creative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines & has a strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic skill in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics is a plus.
