Senior Marketing Communications & PR

Job Responsibilities:

• Align PR & communications strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with key media outlets (print, broadcast, online). Secure media coverage in relevant publications & broadcast outlets.
• Build compelling press releases, media pitches, byline articles, blog posts, and social media content.
• Create & communicate compelling brand narratives that resonate with key audiences.
• Develop & apply crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage reputational risks.
• Provide & execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok) and engage with online communities.
• Plan & execute press conferences, industry events, and other public relation events.
• Track media coverage and analyze the impact on brand awareness and reputation.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in public relations, social media, and digital communication.
• Oversee the work of external PR agencies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, marketing communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in securing media coverage and building strong media relationships.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with crisis communication planning & execution.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Background industry experience in FMCG, Home Appliances, or Marketing Agencies would be a plus.
• Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external parties.
• Strong initiative, commitment, and capability to work as part of a team to meet reporting deadlines.
