Job Description:

• Monitor the operational project and identify the gap towards KPI
• Support initiative from management to ensure the objectives are achieved in a timely manner
• In charge of leading Client Digital Portal from development to maintenance
• Supervise the Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) to achieve BU and Compliance goals
• Operation Metrics reporting and monitoring

Preferred Skills:

• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• Digital application knowledge and creativity
• Quick decision making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide critical thinking
• Good communication skills, detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English
