Senior Manager CRM Marketing

Job Descriptions :

• Lead the planning and execution of Media & CRM Program for Pizza Hut Indonesia.
• Transform Pizza Hut audience, data, and insights to be revenue generating assets for the company.
• Partner with local, regional, and/or global media/technology partners to rejuvenate the Pizza Hut brand and to drive business impact.
• Lead and develop team performance and capabilities.
• Design and structure the future of media and technology strategy for Pizza Hut Indonesia.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in related areas.
• Have a balanced approach between seeing the big picture/strategic design and having the technical acumen to deliver marketing technology programs.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams and to commercialize performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to command English at a professional level.
• Hands-on experience managing media buying and CRM either in past employment or as a side-hustle.
