Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, preferably with exposure to the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of managing investor relations, fundraising, M&A transactions, and strategic planning.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, financial databases, and CRM systems.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets.
