Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in our Business Recovery Services division, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing projects related to Corporate Financing, Restructuring, and Divestment. Leveraging your extensive expertise in financial restructuring, debt management, and divestiture strategies, you will guide clients through critical phases of recovery and growth. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting and implementing strategic solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring sustainable outcomes aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead initiatives focusing on Corporate Financing, leveraging in-depth knowledge of financial structures and investment strategies.
2. Lead restructuring projects, including debt management, reorganization, and divestment strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
3. Provide expert guidance and collaborate closely with clients to assess, strategize, and execute divestment plans aligned with their long-term goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience (8+ years) in Corporate Financing, Restructuring, and Divestment within a professional services or consulting environment.
2. Graduated from an international/global university.
3. Strong expertise in financial analysis, debt management, divestiture strategies, and restructuring techniques.
4. Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and delivering high-impact projects.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
6. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus.
