Job Description

1. Responsible for managing the FG, RM, PM and Spare part warehouse with the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and GWP (Good Warehouse Practices).
2. Responsible for distributing products for domestic and export shipment.
3. Responsible for managing Inventory, carrying out stock taking, and making improvements if there are discrepancies.
4. Responsible for managing the transportation and distribution of finished goods to customers.
5. Responsible for receiving and storing raw materials, packing materials, and spare parts.
6. Control raw material inventory regarding quality during storage, compliance with SAP / ERP System, and warehouse capacity.
7. Control and review Logistic and Warehouse costs.
8. Conduct stock takes internally on a monthly basis.
9. Evaluate delivery schedules based on DO by Customer Service.
10. Control Inventory of Finished Goods regarding Quality during storage, compliance with SAP and WMS, and warehouse capacity.
11. Arrange the TMS (Transport Management System) for loading.

Qualifications

1. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Transportation.
2. Operational experience or related function.
3. Self-initiative, problem solver, and result-driven.
4. Interpersonal skills and effective communication with internal and external parties.
5. Strong leadership and effective team management skills.
6. Experience with software such as Excel (minimum Intermediate) and ERP Systems.
7. Experience implementing GWP (Good Warehouse Practices), Planning Management, and Inventory Management.
8. Certification for Certified Professional in Logistics Management (CPLM) or related certification in Logistics / Supply Chain.
