Job Description

• Analyze legal cases, provide legal opinions and advice that are right and effective for litigation cases in the company.
• Ensure effective litigation management of all cases.
• Timely filing of cases and monitoring their progress, and provide timely updates to the relevant leaders of the division.
• Prepare documents needed both internally and externally.
• Attend police summons or court proceedings on behalf of the company.
• Brief internal employees in preparation for attending legal meetings.
• Work with the internal operational and compliance team to strengthen internal control and anti-fraud system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 4 years of experience in Corporate Litigation.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of law firm experience.
• Having a PERADI license is preferable.
• Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Able to be proactive and take initiative.
