Senior Legal Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our talented Legal team at PT Biznet Gio Nusantara. In this full-time, office-based role in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and cost-effective legal services to support the continued growth and success of our organisation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law - Civil or Commercial is prioritized with at least 3 years experienced.
• Extensive experience in commercial business licenses, permits, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection.
• Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to operational staff and senior stakeholders.
• Having comprehensive understanding of online transactions in IT business, including digital transaction law and regulations.
• Sharp at analyzing legal risks and negotiation.
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (SPK/NDA(Work Order)/NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreement) for customers and vendors) and legal instruments.
• Review and draft Agreements, MoUs, Power of Attorney, Circular Resolutions (Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Shareholders).
• Prepare and review documents related to Finance & Banking Agreements (Bank, Leasing, Other Financial Institutions).
• Work related to OSS, Licensing, and Reporting related to corporate matters.
• Support legal documents for vendor/customer registration and tender.
• Advising on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters related to the company's strategic initiatives.
• Supporting investment opportunities, tender responses, and the delivery of new and expanded services.
• Ensuring the company operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
