Senior Legal Compliance

Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Have experience of at least 3 years in the related field, preferably from a law firm.
• Required language(s): English.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft regulations, agreements, policies, or announcements and their amendments.
• Prepare, review, and finalize all agreements.
• Provide translation for legal documents.
• Provide legal expertise and support to the company’s services.
• Deal with other legal matters.
• Monitor relevant legal developments both nationally and internationally.
• Ensure that the Company complies with relevant laws.
• Conduct investigations for members whose mediation process fails to reach an agreement.
• Conduct physical checks including checking the completeness of documents, facilities, and infrastructure.
