Monthly Salary range:IDR 16,000,000-IDR 20,000,000/month (excluding pph 21 and BPJS);

Qualifications:
At least 8 years relevant working experience regarding foreign PT(PMA) registration and dispute resolution as in house;
At least 8 years of practice experience regarding dispute resolution in local law firms;
Advocate qualification;
Excellent language skills in English (working language);
Responsible for handling dispute resolution cases throughout the process, from the initial legal assessment of the case to the final execution of the judgment, including but not limited to legal procedures such as litigation, arbitration, and mediation;
Draft and review legal documents regarding foreign PT(PMA) registration and foreign direct investment, independently or in collaboration with the team, including demanding letters, complaints, defense statements, evidence materials, arbitration agreements, settlement agreements, mediation agreements, etc.;
Provide professional legal consulting services, in-depth analysis of the legal issues faced by clients, assess potential dispute risks, and provide clients with efficient and practical legal advice based on the legal framework;
Support cross-border dispute resolution matters, familiar with foreign direct investment matters, especially providing support and professional opinions when dealing with international or cross-border cases, including cross-border contract disputes, international arbitration, foreign laws legal research, etc.;
Business-minded with the ability to provide constructive suggestions to solve problems in accordance with legal provisions;
Good connections with local courts, arbitration centers, police, and/or other competent authorities.
Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation and trial of cases, including reviewing evidence, drafting complaints, defense statements, arbitration applications, etc., ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and attending hearings in court, arbitration tribunals, and/or other competent authorities;
Analyze and provide legal opinions, especially when the company faces disputes, providing professional advice on complex legal issues and potential litigation risks, ensuring that clients understand the legal risks of the case and possible response strategies;
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and any other documents related to company business activities;
Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation, compliance, guidelines, and provide regular reports on business opportunities and legislative documents affecting company business and/or policies;
Develop, maintain, and strengthen liaison and work relationships with the company's legal team and government entities such as BI, OJK, and/or related institutions to facilitate efficient communication.
