Senior Laboratory Analyst (ATLM)

Role Description:

Supervise and ensure that laboratory service procedures run properly, systematically, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with applicable policies, regulatory standards, and protocols. Responsible for ensuring the quality of laboratory results, smooth operations, and compliance with international standards and regulations governing laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement laboratory work plans and testing schedules.
2. Collaborate with staff to plan and validate new testing methods.
3. Prepare SOPs and ensure compliance with research and regulatory standards.
4. Conduct risk assessments and maintain laboratory safety protocols.
5. Assign tasks and organize personnel based on qualifications and workload.
6. Coordinate audit preparation and maintain proper documentation in accordance to GCLP & GCP.
7. Oversee the execution of lab operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
8. Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate routine maintenance.
9. Ensure all procedures follow SOPs and quality assurance guidelines.
10. Evaluate lab performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements:

1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Health Analyst/Medical Laboratory Technology (Analis Kesehatan/Teknologi Laboratorium Medik)
2. Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
3. Minimum 5 years in laboratory, with at least 3 years in supervisory roles
4. Knowledge of GCP, GCLP, and Lab Quality standards
