Senior IT Engineer

Your roles:

• Implement IT strategic plan from corporate headquarters.
• Develop strategies for network and system reliability and security.
• Design, install, and configure network and server infrastructure.
• Maintain infrastructure to meet organization requirements.
• Lead IT projects, including upgrades, planning, and deployment.
• Ensure IT policies and security guidelines are enforced.
• Implement and maintain secure and reliable office systems.
• Assist in performing disaster recovery and IT down drills.
• Maintain network infrastructure and upgrade as needed.
• Optimize network performance to reduce latency.
• Ensure backup and recovery strategies are tested regularly.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Provide technical support to the front-end team.

Ideal Candidates:

• This position is ideal for candidates specializing in IT Security, Systems, and Cloud Administration. Key areas of expertise include Active Directory, server and storage administration, virtualization technologies, and IT cloud management. Preferred candidates hold certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco, and have experience in system design, architecture, and maintenance, including system hardening, patching, and automation. Exposure to ISO27001 requirements and audit is highly advantageous.
