As a senior technical resource, this position requires deep troubleshooting expertise, strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. The Senior IT Engineer will work closely with network, security, infrastructure, and applications teams to provide seamless IT service, while also mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires a mix of technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to support high-stakes business operations and ensure high profile users have uninterrupted access to IT services.
What you will do- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms
- Serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues affecting executive users & coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to address system-wide issues affecting executive users.
- Provide on-site and remote support, ensuring executives remain productive while traveling.
- Ensure seamless operation of video conferencing (Zoom, Lark Suite, etc.) and AV equipment.
- Provide real-time IT support during critical meetings, boardroom sessions, and live events.
- Set up, test, and manage IT infrastructure for off-site executive meetings.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed, ensuring executive users have IT assistance.
What you will need- Have 4+ years in the IT support field.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to interact professionally with executives, explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, AV systems).
- Advanced troubleshooting skills: Deep technical expertise across multiple IT domains, including Windows/macOS, networking, security, and enterprise applications.
- Strong track record in incident management, IT service delivery, and problem-solving for C-level executives.
