Job description

Full time

Minimum education diploma or bachelor degree in IT field
Experience in the fintech industry is preferable
Able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges
Provide technical assistance to internal users regarding hardware, software, and network issues
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems on IT devices (PCs, laptops, printers, networking devices, etc.)
Experience in configuring servers/data centers in network administration, network engineering, and network design
Experience in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
Perform troubleshooting and repairs for hardware and software issues
Experience in configuring networks using Mikrotik
Experience handling VOIP problems
Possess solutions and be a good problem solver
Willing to travel for business trips to Operational Office

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, systems, and networks
Repair and replace equipment as needed
Ensure antivirus is installed on all computers
Perform routine physical and software maintenance for all devices (PCs, laptops, and printers)
Knowledgeable about software and supporting hardware
Good knowledge of networking
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and hardware
Ensure all infrastructure used in daily operations is available and reliable
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, such as ISO 270001
