We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Officer to join our team at the International Finance Corporation.

The selected candidate will provide leadership and expertise to our equity and structured mezzanine business in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equity and Structured Mezzanine Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow our equity and structured mezzanine business in the Asia Pacific region.
• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high-value and complex investments, including exits strategy formulation and working closely with deal teams and management.
• Leadership and Knowledge Sharing: Engage in mentoring and coaching of junior staff, provide on-the-job learning opportunities, and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field and at least 12-15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven record of sourcing, leading, negotiating, executing, and exiting private equity and structured mezzanine investments in the manufacturing, agribusiness, and services sectors.
• Strong network of contacts among companies in the sectors and private and institutional investors.
