About the role

Mirae Design, a high-end interior design firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Regency, Banten. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our diverse range of residential and commercial projects. What you'll be doing

• Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative interior spaces that match client expectations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into cohesive and visually stunning design solutions
• Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate the design plans with related parties such as vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry
• Assist in business development activities, such as participating in pitches and proposals

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create visually appealing and functional interior spaces
• Expertise in space planning, material selection, and project management
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3DMax Corona/Enscape
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors
• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
