Our client is a leading player in the mining and natural resources sector with a significant operation based in Sulawesi. As part of their ongoing growth and development strategy, they are looking to recruit a Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee their infrastructure development to support site operations.

Description

The Senior Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and management of infrastructure projects across the site. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure assets including roads, port facilities, accommodation, utilities, and site facilities.
• Develop infrastructure strategies aligned with operational requirements and long-term business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the infrastructure team to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for infrastructure-related activities.
• Ensure infrastructure sustainability and cost-effectiveness throughout the asset lifecycle.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field; a Master's Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management, preferably within mining, energy, or heavy industry sectors.
• Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects in remote or challenging environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and construction best practices.
• Experience working in Indonesia is highly desirable; exposure to Sulawesi or similar remote sites will be advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
