Senior HR Manager

One of Our Clients, an investment holding company with interests in multiple industries, particularly in the areas of property development, real estate, and hotel investments. Headquartered in Singapore, the Group is a recognized property developer with over 60 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates across Singapore, China, Indonesia, and Australia.

Currently, they are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior HR Manager to be placed in Batam - Riau.

Qualifications:

1. Male or Female, 35-40 years old
2. 7-10 years of experience in HR fields
3. Experience handling Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations (IR), People Development, and Performance Management
4. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

1. Handling all aspects of HR: General Administration, Personnel, Regulation and IR, People Development, and Performance Management
