Job description

The Senior HR Manager will lead the human resources functions and ensure compliance with regulations while providing strategic HR support to various departments. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, general administration, and industrial relations. Additionally, the position will handle legal matters such as agreements, permits, and third-party communications, as well as provide support for quality and regulatory compliance (ISO audits), and HSE activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely filling of open positions with qualified candidates.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to develop employee skills and improve productivity across all levels.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and employee needs.
  • General Administration (GA): Supervise general office operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Industrial Relations (IR): Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts, ensure legal compliance, and promote positive labor relations.
  • Legal Affairs: Handle non-litigation legal matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements, permits, and third-party communications.
  • Compliance & Regulatory: Support the QA team in ensuring compliance with ISO standards, preparing for factory audits, and managing regulatory requirements.
  • Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE): Support the HSE department in compliance and operational safety initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR managerial role within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Legal Expertise: Experience handling non-litigation legal matters, including agreements, permits, and third-party communications. PERADI license preferred.
  • Certifications: ISO knowledge or certifications related to quality management and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
