We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior HR Generalist with strong expertise in HR operations and recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to clarify recruitment needs and define role requirements.
  2. Establish and refine selection criteria tailored to each position.
  3. Plan and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening calls, assessments, and interview coordination.
  4. Craft job descriptions and interview questions that align with role specifications.
  5. Track and analyse key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, fulfillment rate) for performance monitoring.
  6. Extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring smooth communication and negotiation.
  7. Oversee onboarding activities and maintain regular updates on recruitment progress for stakeholders.
  8. Enhance candidate experience through professional communication and structured processes.
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes to increase speed and quality of hiring.

HR Operations & Administration (40%)

  1. Maintain and update employee data in HRIS.
  2. Handle employee account issues and service requests, including leave management.
  3. Update payroll data with new information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and statutory boards.
  4. Identify and recommend improvements to streamline HR processes and procedures.
  5. Maintain and review HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with current legislation.
  6. Process monthly payroll & monthly, annual and periodic filing of statutory contributions for permanent, part-time, and overseas employees.
  7. Communicate and address payroll queries and provide information to employees, ensure data integrity and prompt response within the stipulated timeline.
  8. Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  9. Manage work permits and necessary arrangements for expatriate employees as required by law.
  10. Ad-hoc HR related matters assigned.

Employee Relations (10%)

  1. Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries regarding all HR related matters.
  2. Assist in managing and resolving employee relations issues.
  3. Promote a positive work environment and company culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Willing to work in Surabaya Office (Hybrid).
  2. Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant HR field.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  4. Professionally fluent in English and Bahasa (both spoken and written).
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
  6. Strong knowledge with Indonesia HR labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
  7. Strong time management skills to handle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in stakeholder interactions.
  10. Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
  11. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  12. Proficient in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and job boards effectively.
