Role Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership in Kredit Pintar to design and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a hands-on, solutions-driven professional with a deep understanding of HR practices within a dynamic, high-growth Fintech environment, specifically within digital lending. The Sr HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, guiding the business on all people-related matters to drive a culture of performance, inclusion, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to define HR strategies that support business objectives, specifically in areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Talent Management: Drive programs focused on talent retention, performance management, and career development to ensure the continued growth and development of our high-potential employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Organizational Development: Support leaders in implementing organizational changes, providing change management expertise, and ensuring team alignment with strategic goals.
  • HR Metrics and Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions. Provide regular updates to leadership on workforce metrics and identify trends to proactively address challenges.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulations and Kredit Pintar's values and policies. Assist in refining policies to match the evolving needs of the business.
  • Learning and Development: Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, leadership competencies, and company-wide knowledge sharing.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Champion Kredit Pintar’s core values and promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, and integrity throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in the Fintech or digital lending industry.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Able to speak Chinese will be a plus.
