The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership in Kredit Pintar to design and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a hands-on, solutions-driven professional with a deep understanding of HR practices within a dynamic, high-growth Fintech environment, specifically within digital lending. The Sr HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, guiding the business on all people-related matters to drive a culture of performance, inclusion, and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in the Fintech or digital lending industry.
