Senior High School Teacher (Academic year 2025-2026)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the school's curriculum program requirements.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress.
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for students' physical, social, and emotional development.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Manage student behavior following school policies and procedures.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of student's progress and development.
• Participate in school events and contribute to the school community.
• Apply the school's character values to students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification/license.
• English certification (required for English Teacher)
• Proven experience as a teacher; experience in [specific subject/grade level] is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
