• Minimum Bachelor degree in Guidance and Counseling or Psychology or any related fields
• Prioritize for individual who have working experience in the relevant field
• Work together with school principal and teachers in handling and nurturing students.
• Guide and assist students in developing their character, interest and passion.
• Set up and maintain good communication between all related parties: students, teachers, parents.
• Honest, energetic and having a good counselling and mentoring skill.
• Prioritize for individual with good command of English
