About the role

Join the dynamic team at OY Design Lab as a Senior Graphic Designer. In this full-time role, you will be based in Tangerang Banten, where you will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity and branding of our prestigious clients. As an experienced designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and drive innovative design solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualise and execute visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our clients' brand messaging
• Interpret briefs and translate client requirements into polished, impactful designs
• Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across all deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work
• Create design using illustration, photo editing, and layout software
• Review designs for errors before they are printed or published

What we're looking for

• Max 35 years old
• Have min. experience of 3 years as Senior Graphic Designer in Industrial Creative
• Majored in Visual Communication Design or any other relevant major
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically as well as manage day-to-day tasks
• Have good taste in design and composition
• Creative professional with technical skills for Adobe InDesign (preferably those who often work in editorial design), Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Able to respond well under pressure with strict time limits & meet deadlines
• Quick and enthusiastic learner
• No drama of personal life
