Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop eye-catching graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, print ads, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment of visual content with brand strategy and objectives.
• Lead design projects from concept to execution, managing timelines and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design techniques, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Conduct brand audits to ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance visual materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the beauty industry or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to the team and stakeholders.
