- Talented Furniture Designer with minimum of 15-30 years experience
- Bachelor in Architecture or Interior Design
- Good in English both oral and written
- Creative & practical at the same time
- Able to study, research and plan complementary furniture design
- Able to balance innovative design, functional requirements, and aesthetic appeal
- Stay informed about global furniture design and trends
- To design by keeping in mind sustainability, ergonomics, and practicality
- To present ideas and proposals using sketches, CAD, 3D, PPT, etc.
- To prepare detailed designs, alterations, and ongoing improvements
- To test ideas using models & prototypes
- To prepare installation, handling, and maintenance manuals
- To consider the requirements of packing, delivery, and setup
- Understand and source new materials & finishes
- Liaise with procurement & production departments about the manufacturing process
- To manage a small, dedicated team abroad, responsible for drawing, purchasing, and manufacturing
- If required, design to budget and design to value
- 3-month probation in GS office (Tangerang) and if successful will be transferred to FDC Interior Office
