To develop, lead, supervise & implement Logistics-related systems/ software, with third-party support and in coordination with Logistics Performance and Logistics Operations to achieve the most effective and efficient way of systems development and maintenance

Responsibilities :

• Lead, develop, identify, analyse of logistics systems requirements and opportunities to achieve desired Logistics performance
• Manage performance of service provider / systems developer procurement in best level and compliance with policies / procedures as required by customers and company
• Develop, lead, maintain and control the Logistics systems’ operational functionality considering advice/guidance from Logistics Systems Manager
• Assist and behalf on Logistics Systems Manager to clarify and adjust systems performance in coordination with other functions and stakeholders in Logistics Operations and Logistics Performance Dept to serve them in satisfy and proper level
• Prepare, develop, analyse systems improvement opportunities/ actions for better result and solution (delivery, quality and cost )
  

Requirements :

• Bachelor in Information Engineering/ Systems or Information Management (S1 University degree)
• At least 2 years’ experience as developer of business related systems, worked with business organization requirements in implementing software development directly or through service provider, in company with similar or larger size as PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia, in similar or higher complexity
• Demonstrated performance in working within cross-functional teams, with requisite drive and energy to ensure that a challenging benefits and capability building agenda is successfully delivered
• Solid experienced in using software / systems development : Visual Basic.NET, ASP.Net, C#,MS-SQL Server 2005-2008, ERP software (preferrably SAP)
